Mooderator was proudly developed in Vancouver by Arnaud, a software engineer, and Gary, a communications specialist, with over 35 years of combined experience. Their expertise in technology and communication has shaped Mooderator into a simple, effective solution for managing your e-reputation with ease.
My goal was to build a system that enables business owners to effortlessly get useful and actionable information from their customer feedback. That’s why I developed Mooderator, an AI-based tool that collects, analyzes, and delivers reports and summaries of customer reviews, like your own efficient personal data analyst.
In my 15 years in the communications world, I’ve seen many businesses of all sizes struggle with the growing volume of reviews and evaluations. Mooderator was developed in response to the needs of a family-owned business with multiple locations open 24/7. They needed a time-efficient solution to monitor customer reviews and provide feedback to their teams quickly. That’s the problem we set out to solve.
